Jennifer Beals, PCC

Founder & Principal Consultant

Jennifer founded Eclipse Coaching & Consulting in 2011, bringing together a deep commitment to people, extensive experience working with organizations, and a belief that meaningful change requires both thoughtful partnership and practical action.

Her expertise spans executive and professional coaching, organizational development and consulting, leadership and professional education, team effectiveness, and program design. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen leadership and organizational effectiveness, and turn ideas into meaningful results.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has partnered with senior executives and leadership teams to address organizational priorities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and navigate complex challenges. She has designed and led substantial leadership and professional development initiatives, facilitated strategic and difficult conversations, and helped organizations translate ideas into practical, sustainable programs and solutions. Her experience brings a practical understanding of both the human and operational dimensions of organizational success.

Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and brings expertise in leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback, facilitation, and organizational development. Her approach combines genuine curiosity, thoughtful perspective, and a commitment to making the work meaningful and actionable.

Consultant & Faculty

Todd is an accomplished physician executive, educator, and organizational leader with extensive experience in healthcare leadership, quality improvement, patient safety, and organizational transformation. He serves as Chief Medical Officer for HCA Healthcare's Northern Utah Market and as an Executive-in-Residence with The Health Management Academy, where he facilitates leadership conversations and mentors senior clinical and quality executives.

Previously Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at The Queen's Health System, Todd also spent two decades at Intermountain Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has led complex organizational initiatives focused on strengthening culture, engaging clinicians, advancing high reliability, and improving performance.

With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, implementation science, and leadership development, Todd brings a valuable combination of strategic perspective, operational experience, and practical improvement expertise to selected Eclipse engagements.
