Meet Jennifer Beals, MA, CPC

Eclipse Coaching & Consulting was founded in 2011 and born from a passion to help people and organizations achieve their highest potential. Jennifer Beals has partnered with hundreds of executives, clinicians, and operational teams to provide professional coaching, training, and leadership development programs.

Jennifer has served in roles as a learning and development executive, professional consultant, and facilitator known for her notable experience working with healthcare professionals and physicians. She has a reputation for her collaborative style, knowledge of best practices, and ability to connect easily with people.

Jennifer earned her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Martins University in Lacey, WA. She completed post graduate studies through the Center for Creative Leadership and College of Executive Coaching.

Nothing gives Jennifer more satisfaction than laying the foundation that engages people and drives results. Whether it’s partnering with organizations to create talent development strategies, designing curriculum, or providing individual coaching - by designing highly-impactful tools and learning moments she enables others to hit their stride.
